A university with an international charter.
NIGA University was chartered as an international institution, and applicants from outside Nicaragua are welcomed across all schools and programs. Every undergraduate and graduate program is offered in Spanish, and a substantial and growing share of graduate coursework — particularly within the Schools of International Affairs & Diplomacy, Engineering & Sustainable Infrastructure, and Business & Economics — is delivered in English.
The Office of International Admissions provides dedicated guidance on visa procedures, credential evaluation, language support, housing, and acclimation. NIGA's three campuses, situated in historic Managua, León, and Granada, offer international students an exceptional setting in which to study Central America while preparing for service anywhere in the world.
