Dr. Elena Marisol Sandoval Quintero

Ph.D., Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO)

Formerly Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua and a senior fellow at FLACSO. Dr. Sandoval brings three decades of diplomatic and academic leadership to the founding chancellorship of NIGA University, where she leads the institution's strategic vision and its international charter.

Dr. Rafael Antonio Pérez-Mendoza

Ph.D., Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM)

Previously Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua-Managua and a former director of the Central American Institute of Public Administration (ICAP). Dr. Pérez-Mendoza leads NIGA's faculty, curriculum, and academic policy across all ten schools and three campuses.
